Early Bird Terms & Conditions
- Rates are valid for bookings from 01 May - 31st October 2010.
- Rates are per room per night.
- Maximum 2 adults and 2 children (age not over 12) in a room. First child sharing bed with parent charge breakfast 250 baht. Second child charge 1,000 baht for extra bed with breakfast sharing the room with parents
- Extra person (3rd person) joining the room will be at 1,000 baht nett per night incl. daily breakfasts
- A full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
- Major credit cards are acceptable.
- Cancellation, Amendment and Refunding are not allowed.
- Rates are nett inclusive of governmental taxes and charges.
- Rates are quoted in Thai baht and to be paid in Thai baht *.
